New server version enables use for more than one web site / shipping origin for
a single physical server. Requires installation in the GAC (not suitable for shared
server environments)

Message property exposed to provide error messages from the companies which are
suitable for presenting to end users. For example messages that the zip code input
was invalid. The Error property has not been modified and will contain errors of
